From IyerLab
I am a Post-doctoral Fellow working in Dr Vishy Iyer's lab. The broad aim of my project is to dissect gene regulatory networks involved in carcinogenesis. I am currently working on three main projects:
- Identify downstream chromosomal targets of transcription factors using ChIP-sequencing technology.
- Identify transcription factors bound to specific promoters in vivo.
- Identify downstream mRNA targets of microRNAs involved in cell proliferation.
